I really need to buy a scale so I can accurately weigh myself. Today I started doing some of the X Stretch from P90X... after about 10 minutes I started feeling incredibly dizzy... because I'm an idiot and hadn't eaten. So a banana and a cup of yogurt later, I decided to go back to my favorite form of exercise -- making an ass of myself [dancing!].

I'm a really big fan of Japanese pop music so I turned on some classic Hamasaki Ayumi and Morning Musume and did what I could to sing and dance along with it. I still have more I want to do though! :T So, hopefully gonna go back to that for a little bit and do another half hour or so. Yay!
