Having trouble with my weight. It’s not going down and I feel stuck. My Dr. isn’t concerned though. Just came back from vacation. Both my brother and sister in law have lost 15 to 18 lbs on Keto diet in last 10 weeks, providing me with lots of motivation and ideas on how to try this. I’ve been good last 2 days however going to a birthday supper tonight at a popular restaurant. I’ll see what I can do. No drinks, just vegetables and meat today. I’ll give Keto a try I think and see how long I last.
