Had a birthday party this am...I did very good! I resisted the cake & brought my 1c of grapes & my Fiber One chocolate/oat granola bar! Breakfast: 1c grapes & fiber bar= 3pts snack: 100cal pk choc. covered pretzels= 2pts lunch: FF turkey hot dog on lite wheat bun, FF mayo, mustard & 14 baked cheedar lays= 4pts snack: rice krispy treat= 2 pts
