Still maintaining - and it is summer. For me that is a good thing. I have had less desire to eat with the heat. Perhaps that is helping. I am off on Vacation to British Columbia next week. I am so looking forward to it - the air is fresh and clean and the fresh fruit is wonderful there ( thanks to the Okanogan and to Washington State ). I will stick to the core plan for the next couple of weeks and sign back in after the trip. Hope all goeas well for my diet buddies.
