Tiada hari tanpa ngemil (snack, gorengan, makanan manis) itulah penyebab BB aku gak enak di pandang wkwkwk
Sekarang cemilannya ga sehatnya dikurangin (bukan stop juga sih hehehe) Aku ganti sama buah-buahan low budget hehe

Perlahan tapi pasti... Aku gitu, masih susah banget ngelepas jajanan. Jadi pelan2 diganti buah, atau snack yg diet-friendly 😋

Iya mba.. Aku dulu bisa gak makan nasi ikan sayur, cuman makan cemilan seharian (yg gak berigizi) yang kalorinya ternyata tinggi bangeeet, kayak pisang nugget + topping aku hobby banget beli itu hampir tiap hari malahan..😭🤣
