Went for a walk just now with my husband and dog. The trail behind our house has some shade but it is in the 90s right now, so the trees aren't helping one bit. Our dog is a small terrier mix, so I guess he isn't the best at body temp control. My husband carried him all the way back and he was so hot and tired that he couldn't even drink water. Sweat my butt off, I know I burned more than what fs exercise counter says, with how incredibly hot and humid it is. Down to 203.6! Just another week and I'll be out of the 200s :)
