So I just woke up...my schedule is completely wrecked now. My husband was switched to 3rd shift, and we are trying to adjust to this change. I don't know whether to keep the old schedule or sleeping with him from 2-9 30 pm, staying up all night and working out in the "morning." I miss my sleeping buddy and I am a scaredy meow. Today I slept all afternoon, although unintentionally bc my meds knocked me out dead. I felt like someone sprinkled some crack on me...don't want to leave any mysteries (dave chapelle reference). Anyway I don't want to fall asleep but I am tired again so I just may. Also, since this schedule is funky, I don't know when to eat? What time is breakfast? Should I eat hard boiled eggs for dinner?? I confused. Anyone have any experience with third shift weight loss regimens? Finally, a reason to be happy ! I can now say I earned my lipstick!!! Yaaaay 205!! Only 5 more lbs till I'm under 200, this is so awesome!!!!!! I haven't been under 200 in what seems like a million years, I keep looking at myself in the mirror and seeing things like..a neckline, shoulder blades, a clavicle. Oh yeah! I forgot I had those :) Last year my mom took me and my sister to Macy's for a little shopping. I got a pair of size 14 charcoal tone wide leg dress pants. Trust me they are nice. But they did not fit. At all. I was very sad. I also got a nice black ruffle top. My boobs were busting the buttons open. So that's another no...I put them away in the closet but recently brought them back out. Another 10 lbs and those pants are gonna look perfect on me. But the top looks and feels good! Big in fact :) I wore it yesterday with some dark blue jeans and I was like whoa I can't believe it fits so loosely around my waist and bewbs. Pretty exciting. Anyway...thinking of getting something CHANEL or....maybe Origins for lipstick. Chanel is nice, but it can be expensive just for the sake of it, and not necessarily bc the product is any nicer or better. Anyone have a favorite lipstick? Share with me!
