Hello Me, I am back on track. I was out for Bday lunch yesterday and ate too much, got home and walked on TM and watched what I ate for the rest of the day. I have BDay Breakfast, coffee time, Lunch and Dinner on the 24th and then another lunch 25, and the 28. Plus a party on Friday night. It will be a good opportunity for me to make choices and my RDI work for me. I stick with the RDI of another site which puts me atundr 1500 per day, this one is too high at 1800. I adore the fact that I have so many friends and they love me and want to do something nice for me on and around my Bday! I am so lucky! Have a good day, stay mindful of what is going into my mouth. xxx ME
