Hello, Well it has been a difficult weekend. I had lots of problems, strive and issues to deal with, and went totally off my eating plan. I was also in a hotel with no oomputer. I am back, and ready to go again. I know that no matter how upset, stressed and sad I am that eating is not going to help. This is not a real coping strategy. It just ends up hurting me and the way I feel. I feel like a real loser but not in the pounds way. Better days ahead! Go with the program!
