I tend to try and pad out meals with lots of free veggies and salad where I can... anything to make those points go further and helps fill you up too. I also find that doing exercise I can eat quite a few more points than my daily points target. Keep up the great work though and congratulations for reaching your WW goal! :o)

Congrats on meeting your goal.Wow only 18 points that's gotta be tough! I get 24 right now and sometimes I think that tough to stick too. I wish you much luck and motivation.

Don't forget you have the 35 flex points. They are not extra, they are a part of the plan. The more you eat while losing, the more you can eat whil maintaining. Great job on becoming a lifetime member. Eat some of those flex if you are hungry. Great job!

Thanks for the encouragement, it meant a lot to me. You are doing awesome too. I am always scared about what will happen as my points decrease, but I know that I can earn points with activity and always have the 35 flex points to fall back on. They are there for a reason and I have to keep reminding myself not to panic about what it will be like when I hit my goal...This is my first "real" effort on WW. Congrats for hitting your goal, it is inspirational to me!
