Ugh, I totally gorged on McDonalds just now. I brought all this healthy food for lunch but i was really hungry early in the day so I ate my PB&J wrap about 10:30 and I was hungry again by lunch. Yuck! How can I expect to ever lose weight if I can't control my food cravings?

i do this too so i make sure i have handy fruit snack that i an eat before lunch. or have a cup of tea, whichever i feel like. hope that helps and good luck with tomorrow!

Been there done that etc. Anyone on any kind of weight loss diet who says they haven't flipped out is a liar! It's no big deal - just put it behind you and get back into the plan!
