This has not been a good week on the diet. I do fine with breakfast and lunch, but with the new job and the new place we've had lots of welcome dinners and meals out. So, it's been a challenge for me to stay true to SBD, even in phase 2. And, work has kept me busy enough that I still haven't managed to get into a good regular exercise routine. I walk to work and back most days, which is about 30-40 mins total, but it's not the same as a sustained workout. >:[
I'm still hanging steady at 137, but I know I need to get back to regular exercise if I really want to lose these last few pounds. Eventually I'd like to get down to 130, but need to just take it one step at a time.
