Ok, so I've been offline for a few days, and did not do so well controlling my eating or even exercising. I've let myself down, but I guess I see that if I want to lose weight I have to be dedicated and not go back to my lazy ways of the past. I went grocery shopping last night and got a bunch of fruit and veggies and greek yogurt, and some other healthier snacks. I also went walking this morning. I walked a little over a 5K and felt I could have kept going. I'm going to look up the couch to 5K program and start that tomorrow.

We've all had those types of days and I like to consider them learning experiences. :) I can't remember where I heard this quote, but it's a good one: "If you eat what you've always eaten, you'll weight what you've always weighed." It's great that you are going to incorporate more fruits, veggies, & protein in your diet! You're body will love you for it and change for the better.
