Ok, so I've been offline for a few days, and did not do so well controlling my eating or even exercising. I've let myself down, but I guess I see that if I want to lose weight I have to be dedicated and not go back to my lazy ways of the past. I went grocery shopping last night and got a bunch of fruit and veggies and greek yogurt, and some other healthier snacks. I also went walking this morning. I walked a little over a 5K and felt I could have kept going. I'm going to look up the couch to 5K program and start that tomorrow.

I'm trying to get some kind of exercise in everyday. Right now it has been my walking dogs. They are loving it! I can do about 3 miles in an hour with the two bigger ones. My smaller one can only go about a mile before he's done. One just wants to run, run, run! I'm really thinking about starting to run now. I know it will be slow at first and I probably could only go a couple mins at a time at a decent pace. I know I feel like I'm obsessed with this warrior dash race, but I'm just so mad I blew it off earlier this year. I had had 4 months to try and build up to running a 5k and I was so darn lazy.

Had a couple days where I gave into the cravings. Yesterday I did well though and I feel good I made it through the day without overeating. I'm a little shocked I lost 4 lbs this week! I have been exercising, so maybe that helped.
