I have been trying to drink lots of water and eat smaller portions of food on a regular time. I also am writing down in a notebook of everything I eat. I am going to the gym 3 days a week. I have lost 2 pounds. I weight 175.0 now. I was 177.4 last week. I know what I have to do, but with the diabetes, it can be a struggle. I also am trying now to give into my cravings much. I hope others out there are doing well. Just keep going and don't give up.
