CHEATED A LOT, WEEKEND and yesterday. feeling really bad. i gained 2 kg and i want to lose them and keep losing weight. don't know why i can't stay on track with the exercises. i think that exercises should help me. But i'm feeling hungry right know, and i don't want to eat. because i don't want to eat after 7. i drink water but i doesn't help so much. I REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I'm watching biggest loser right now, and i see how much weight they have lost, i want to do it too, so i can also be proud of myself.

I also try to not eat after 6 or 7. Having said that, I've held out to the point that I couldn't say no to food anymore and then had food I shouldn't have even later then if I had just eatin when I got hungry. I guess my point is you have to kind of know yourself and balance things. Don't be too afraid to eat after 7 if you know you'll be up for a few hours. As long as you don't go way overboard it won't hurt that much. In fact I've had days that I ate at 9 or 10 thinking I'd sorely regret it and lost that day. For the most part if you are hungry just find foods you can eat that your body likes to lose on. Good luck! You can do it!
