I'm going to try to keep my calories down under 80% of my RDI I think this may just be my key to things and it may help my body get used to this amount, making it harder to pig out on my Friday indulgences mmmm... see how I like this idea.

Stressful days just kill me! It's so hard to not want to just chew on something when things in life get all messed up and frustrating. I think I'll work it out on my bike later tonight. It worked all weekend!
