Yesterday started off well BUT I BBQ!!! OMG!!! Ate one to many hamburgers got sick (tummy ache) and I had you know what all late night the big D word. But I manged to lose weight.
116.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
