Well today was day 1 on Atkins Induction Phase. I did surprisingly well, as I stayed within my 20 grams of net carbs. I managed to do my Malibu Pilates DVD and also remembered my multi-vitamin and supplements (green coffee extract and glucommanan). Right now it is 7:30 and I'm getting the snack attack. I want something sweet so I've crunched away on a couple of Crystal Light hard candies and had a couple tablespoons of sugar free light whipped cream :-) As soon as I get my kids to bed, I'm going to put a white strip in my mouth (can't eat or drink for 30 minutes) and take a tub. After that, it's to bed with a book. I didn't weigh myself today, but I may weigh myself tomorrow. I always get a little nervous because I'm afraid of the scale not moving even though I've stuck to my diet!

I'm half-way through Game of Thrones book 2. That should keep me occupied for a while!
