Ewww my calorie intake makes me feel awful. Not that Im huge into couting calroies or anything, but I realize that elimating the bad and wasteful calories for better nutrition choices is key in any healthy lifestyle...and well, this is awful. But this is what I wanted, to see how bad it was and make the change. Now the coffee thing I just cant quit, but I will ween down until Im off (using my freebies from roll up the rim) then switch to tea. I can do this. This week I will figure out my eating habits, next week I will work on the exercise thing again!
