Im starting over, with some help this time, because clearly I cannot do this on my own.

Dear Motivation;
Where are you? Why do you insist on hiding from me!!!
Well, I have cut back on my coffe habit! Only 3 freebees left, then I am dunzo!! This will mean burtal morning for my co-workers but they will have to deal with it! haha! My mom is also bring my favorite green tea I cannot get here (Tropical Green Tea..SO GOOD). I have been doing decent with my eating habits though.
I havent drug my butt to the gym! I did look at the P90X yesterday at SportCheck. It seems interesting, but I have 4 months on my gym contract I should really use!!! I have just no motivation working 14 hour days right now!! I hate spring season at work. Quit making excuses and do it! Thats what I need to do!

Ewww my calorie intake makes me feel awful. Not that Im huge into couting calroies or anything, but I realize that elimating the bad and wasteful calories for better nutrition choices is key in any healthy lifestyle...and well, this is awful. But this is what I wanted, to see how bad it was and make the change. Now the coffee thing I just cant quit, but I will ween down until Im off (using my freebies from roll up the rim) then switch to tea. I can do this. This week I will figure out my eating habits, next week I will work on the exercise thing again!

Im starting over, Im getting serious...
Tomorrow I will be eating how I have been lately, to figure out how much calories and such I consume on a regular day. Just to see, then I will be changing my eating habits, and trying to find it in me to make an attempt to exercise in my crazy work schedule.
