Hello, I was wondering how intense the Les Miles classes are? My gym offers them and so far I have been too afraid to try them. Not sure I would be able to keep up. I am working with a trainer Tues/Thurs and would like to fill in other days with these classes. I would be able to take the body flow and body pump. Thanks!

Would definitely recommend the Les Mills classes, just let the instructor know you are new to the class and be guided by them.

Les Mills is great. Everyone can go at their own pace, and a decent instructor will always offer options for the less able. You can up the weights and take the more challenging options as you improve.
