To day I am renewing my commitment to stay the course untill I reach my ideal weight. I am 6 feet tall and weight 216 so today I joined a challenge to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I can do it.
My diet: none, just watch portions. Excercise: 30min run at 5-6mi/hr daily, swim 3 times/week 1mi each time and bike to work (14mi round trip) 3 time a week.
