Have had a great year keeping up physical activity. Have accumulated 800+ bicycling and almos as many, running. Going to celebrate my birthday next weekend by running a Half Marathon.
On the weight front, not doing so hot, hovering around 230. my target is 200.

Ok, it is time to re-group. Have not been able to make the progress I want lossing weight, though I continue to exersice and eat resonably well. Have to find a way to redefine "reasonably well".
