I know, but because of my weight I don't burn as much calories as somebody heavier, so it's hard for me to keep a calorie deficit with 1200 or more calories a day.

You might have to seriously consider getting some more activity into your daily routine. Since you are not that heavy, it will be more difficult to lose weight in any case, but increasing activity and muscle mass could help your body burn more calories.

You're right. I used to run daily, twice a day, but got tired of it and now I hate it. The gym closed at the beggining of the month, so I kinda ''took a break''. It's opening on 29th of july again. I have to start moving.
