Куриные Котлеты с Грибами и Брокколи

Нежные, мягкие и сочные котлеты подойдут для обеда или ужина

Directions

  1. Из куриных грудок сделать фарш, добавить измельченные блендером броколи.
  2. Грибы с луком и оливковым маслом потушить в антипригарной сковородке 5-7 мин.
  3. Добавить тушеные грибы в фарш, добавить яйцо, соль - специи, чеснок и хорошо перемешать.
  4. Разложить по силиконовым формочкам для кексов и выпекать на 180* примерно 20 мин.
