Caldo de Abòbora

Caldo leve, saboroso e com baixa caloria.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Refogue o alho poró no azeite e acrescente a abóbora picada.
  2. Adicione 1 litro de água e deixe cozinhar bem(cerca de 10 minutos).
  3. Depois de cozido, acrescente a couve picada e abafe por 1 minuto.
  4. Bata tudo no liquidificador e volte para a panela.
  5. Acrescente o peito de frango cozido e desfiado, deixe cozinhar por mais 5 minutos. Desligue o fogo e bom apetite.
