A low carb mock mac & cheese dish.

Directions
- Steam cauliflower until soft
- Add cream, butter, grated cheddar, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and mustard to the hot cauliflower.
- Cover with wrap and microwave 30 seconds. Stir until blended.
