- Płatki owsiane zmielić następnie połączyć je z twarogiem i jajkiem. Następnie zagnieść wszystko tak by powstało dość zwarte ciasto. Ulepić z niego wałeczek i powycinać kopytka. Wrzucić do lekko osolonego wrzątku i gotować chwilkę po ich wypłynięciu i gotowe.
