Quiche di Zucchine e Ricotta

Qualcosa di rapido ma gustoso.

Directions

  1. Tagliate le zucchine a rondelle e cuocere in padella con olio, menta e peperoncino. Fino a quando non sono cotte ma ancora un po' croccanti.
  2. Lasciate intiepidire le zucchine.
  3. In una ciotola sbattere le uova, con altra menta, sale, e la ricotta. Aggiungere poi le zucchine tiepide.
  4. Versare nella brisee e infornare a 180 per 20 min.
  5. Servire tiepida
