Spaghetti di Riso Cinesi

Spaghetti di riso integrale con verdure e gamberi.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mettere a bollire gli spaghetti, intanto tagliare alla julienne le carote e le zucchine.
  2. Rosolare in una padella antiaderente i gamberetti.
  3. Scolare la pasta e sciacquarla sotto l'acqua per fargli perdere un po' di amido (se no in padella si attacca e diventa un blocco).
  4. Aggiungere la pasta e le verdure alla julienne ai gamberetti e fare saltare per circa 5 minuti, aggiungendo anche un po' di salsa di soia (non esagerare con la cottura, le verdure devono risultare croccanti).
