Sopinha de Frango Light

Delícia e com pouca caloria.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Corte o peito de frango em cubinhos, em seguida pique a cebola e o alho. Corte em cubinhos todos os legumes e o tomate.
  2. Em uma caçarola coloque o azeite, a cebola, o alho e o peito de frango, refogue e deixe fritar um pouco, quando estiver bem fritinho coloque os tomates e mexa para umedecer e em seguida coloque os legumes cortados.
  3. Assim que refogar os legumes acrescente aproximadamente 300ml de água ou até que encubra toda a mistura e deixe cozinhar até que os legumes fiquem macios. Acrescente o repolho no final para que fique menos cozido. Pronto, agora é só deliciar.
