Печеночные Оладья с Творогом

Диетический рецепт печеночных оладьев.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Печень промыть, очистить от пленок и перемолоть блендером вместе с творогом.
  2. Добавить 2 яйца, соль, перец и муку, еще раз взбить. Консистенция должна быть чуть гуще чем для блинов.
  3. Порционно выливать на сковороду и обжарить с 2х сторон.
