Mini Quiches de Queijo e Presunto

Quiche LCHF, boa para café da manhã ou até um almoço com uma salada verde.

Directions

  1. Picar 2 fatias do presunto e forrar 6 formas de silicone com as outras 6. Numa frigideira pequena, refogar o alho-francês com 1 fio de azeite.
  2. Bater os ovos e juntar o presunto picado, o queijo emmenthal ralado, o queijo creme, as sementes de chia, o alho-francês refogado e o sal.
  3. Distribuir pelas forminhas por cima da fatia de presunto. Assar em forno médio por 20-30 minutos.
