Cannelloni de Atum com Espinafres

Deliciosa receita de canelones com atum.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar a cebola e o alho e colocar num tacho junto com as duas colheres de azeite, juntar uma folha de loureiro. Deixar a cebola alourar.
  2. Coze-se os espinafres durante 5 minutos em agua e sal, escorre-se e reservasse. Escorra as latas de atum e junte ao preparado, junta-se a polpa de tomate e o vinho. Deixa-se refogar um pouco e junta-se os espinafres.
  3. Tempera-se com oregãos, pimenta e noz moscada (opcional). Recheia-se os cannellonis e colocasse num tabuleiro de ir ao forno.
  4. Rega-se com o molho bechamel e coloca-se o queijo mozzarella por fim e vai ao forno durante 30 min. Em forno previamente aquecido a 180º.
