Directions
- Spray muffin pan with non stick spray, place slice of bacon in the muffin well.
- Place a teaspoon of tomato and a teaspoon cheddar cheese in the well on top of the bacon.
- Break the egg into the well, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes.
