Ostrich Mince Filled Butternut
Halved butternut filled with ostrich mince.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-cook halved butternut and remove all seeds.
- Fry chopped onion and green pepper until see through.
- Add the mince and sauces and cook until mince is just cooked.
- Spoon mince into butternut.
- Grate cheese over the top.
- Grill until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with salad.
