  1. Bata a cenoura, os ovos e a manteiga de amendoim no liquidificador.
  2. Adicione os ingredientes restantes colocando o fermento em pó por último.
  3. Divida uniformemente em moldes e asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C por 20-25 minutos.
