Directions

  1. Подготовить рыбу: помыть, очистить от чешуи, удалить жабры и внутренности.
  2. Измельчить зелень и чеснок, немного посолить. В брюшко рыбы положить 2 дольки лимона и зелень.
  3. Рыбку слегка посолить сверху, уложить в чашу для запекания и отправить в духовку на 20 мин при температуре 200 градусов.
