Suflê de Chuchu

Directions

  1. Preaqueça o forno em temperatura de 200ºC. Higienize os chuchus, corte-os ao meio, tire a parte branca do centro, descasque, corte aos cubos, tempere com sal a seu gosto e coza-os no vapor ou em água fervente. Após bem cozidos amasse-os com um garfo, reserve. Refogue a cebola no azeite e reserve. Bata as claras em neve, reserve.
  2. Bata as gemas na batedeira, junte o creme vegetal, o amido, o queijo, o leite, o fermento desligue e acrescente o chuchu, a cebola, a salsa, mexa bem, por último junte delicadamente as claras.
  3. Coloque em uma forma própria para suflê ou em refratário alto untado com creme vegetal, leve ao forno por aproximadamente 30 minutos, ou até dourar, está pronto o suflê de chuchu. Sirva o suflê de chuchu quente em seguida.
