Pasta de Babaganuche
Pasta de berinjela com creme de gergelim.

Directions
- Asse a berinjela com casca em forno a 250ºC por 25 minutos. Vire no meio do tempo. Quando a casca estiver enrugada retire e deixe esfriar na geladeira.
- Raspe a berinjela sem a casca para bater no liqüidificador com o caldo do limão, o alho, o sal e o tahine. Bata tudo em velocidade alta até conseguir uma consistência homogênea.
- Sirva gelado com um fio de azeite e pão ou torrada.
