Bihun rebus dengan sawi.

Directions

  1. Rebus bihun setengah matang dengan sedikit minyak.
  2. Cuci dan potong bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai rawit, sawi hijau, dan seledri.
  3. Oseng bawang merah, bawang putih, dan cabai rawit dengan sedikit minyak cco.
  4. Tambahkan air secukupnya.
  5. Bila sudah mendidih masukkan sawi hijau, dan seledri. Setelah 1 menit masukkan bihun yang sudah setengah matang.
  6. Masukkan bumbu : garam, lada, dan royco secukupnya. Hidangkan.
