Farinha de Amêndoa Pão de Banana

Pão úmido e macio ideal para o café da manhã ou pré-treino.

Directions

  1. Bata os ovos com mel e óleo. Misture até obter uma massa homogênea.
  2. Amasse 3 bananas com um garfo e adicione à mistura de ovos.
  3. Em seguida, adicione a farinha, fermento em pó a semente de linhaça. Misture tudo muito bem.
  4. Despeje a mistura em uma forma de bolo e decore com uma banana, dividida ao meio.
  5. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido e leve ao forno por 30 minutos. (O tempo varia com cada forno).
