Mushroom Barley Soup

A delicious mushroom soup to enjoy on those cold days.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine mushrooms, pearled barley, water, salt and pepper in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
  2. Brown onions in a heavy non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add to soup and cook for another 30 minutes.
  3. Combine flour and milk in a bowl and add to soup. Cook for another 15 minutes.
