- Spread with peanut butter.
- Put some apple slices on top.
- Enjoy. It almost has a caramel apple taste.

Great for Phase 2 snack! Very good and sweet with Granny Smith apple slices!

Yummy, am eating this now with a cup of hot plain rooibos tea...I sprinkled a tiny bit of nutmeg on the sandwich.
