Mexican Quiche
An easy savory low calorie quiche.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Wisk eggs into a large mixing bowl, add salsa, cheese, milk, onions and ham. Mix all ingredients.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
