Followed Recipe To The Letter Except Use 100% MCT Cooking Oil (medium Chain) which burns fat off rapidly and does stick to you as fat! Not available in most bricks & mortar stores, I get mine by searching on Amazon Prime.... I have fried foods with this oil and no cholesterol problems at all, but I also abstain from eating red meat only.... Yep, eat turkey, chicken and pork in my fry daddy! Love It!
