Mashed Blue Garlic Potatoes
Creamy mashed potatoes with blue cheese and a horseradish kick.
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel potatoes, boil for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain, let stand for 1 minute.
- Add potatoes back to the pot, add butter and mash until no lumps are left.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

These are creamy and delicious. Great at home or easy to make and take to a pot luck. Super as left overs too! Love them!
