Ensalada de Atún

Una ensalada ligera de corte mediterráneo para acompañar unas pechugas a la plancha en el almuerzo.

Directions

  1. Limpiar los tomates cherry y cortarlos a la mitad. Ponerlos en el bol. Pelar la zanahoria y cortarla en rodajas. Escurrir el atún y revolver con los demás ingredientes.
  2. Añadir una cucharada de mayonesa y revolver.
  3. Servir enseguida,

Puedes sustituir la mayonesa por yogur griego natural y queda muy bien. (1 cda. aprox 20 gr = 12-15 Kcal)
