- Лук мелко нарезать, морковь натереть. Выложить в сотейник, добавить 50 мл воды. Тушить 5-10 мин. Печень нарезать на 2-4 части (не слишком мелко), отправить к овощам. Жарить минут 5, постоянно помешивая. Затем посолить, добавить йогурт, перемешать. Тушить под крышкой до готовности.
